Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. Could you please clarify where you are in the quest? Are you outside the SS Anne or stuck inside? If you're outside and can't enter: -Go North of Cerulean to Route 25 then head East -Enter Bill's house and offer help -Find Bill's Book under his pillow -Head to Vermilion Docks and Talk to the two guards at the very end of the pathway If you're inside make sure you've done the following: -Log into the PC next to the bed to get the Guard to move -Go to the first floor and enter the kitchen in the far left. (Make sure you have a Pecha berry to give to the doctor, if you don't have one in your inventory then there will be one in a trash can.) -Talk to the doctor in the kitchen and offer to help him cure the captain.Show him the Pecha berry. -Go to the second floor and enter the room on the far right. -Talk to Jenson who will ask you to find his Blissey in the ballroom as it holds the secret potion. -Continue to the ballroom and head to the upper floor where you will find Jenson's Blissey. Talk to it and it will disappear and leave you with the secret potion. -Return to the second floor and find the captain on the other end of the hallway -Give him the potion in return for HM Cut *You cannot reenter the SS Anne once you've left. Hi there. Please go back to Cerulean and Head North to Route 25, where you can head to Bill's house. Inside, you can talk to him and he'll ask you to look for a Book. You can find it under his pillow. Once you return this to him, he'll give your the SS Anne ticket. If you need further help, please be sure to check out the Kanto Walkthrough. Hi there. Can you check with the following questions? ▪︎ Are you using Proxy? Try not using it, and then test again ▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school? Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network. It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider. -

Hi there. Are you stuck at a map? Can you please try the following? ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again

Hi there. It seems as if you haven't started the bike quest at all. Please turn in an OT Ditto to the youngster to get the Bike Voucher. Afterwards, you can get a bike for 60k at the Cerulean Bike shop. Let me know if you need further help.

Hi there. The Oddish for the quest has to be your OT. Therefore, you cannot buy it from other people. For more information on the Valley of Steel, be sure to check out this guide. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Resolved in-game. You've already done the bosses. Just have to turn in an OT Scyther and Electabuzz with Max Happiness! Leaving this open in case you need any further help after turning both in. Good luck and have a nice day!

Hi there. A nature reroll doesn't guarantee you a reroll. It simply gives you a random nature, and it's possible to get the same nature you have right now. Hope this clarifies things for you.

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. Hi there. Can you please try the following? Specifically updating your drivers since this is usually the main cause for Unity errors. • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
