  1. Hi there. Recruitment is opened from time to time, which you can read about in Staff Recruitments. However, this is only opened when we require more members for a specific group. Once we are recruiting for a certain role, there will be an announcement on our Official PRO Discord. Take note that Recruitment is only open for a certain amount of days and that only limited applicants may be accepted. As stated above, there are only a few open positions right now. One of which you can apply for is Discord Moderation. Along with this, you are able to apply to become an Artist, which focuses on providing original pixelart for the game. You are also able to apply to become a Content Scripter, if you have knowledge on programming or scripting. If you wish to apply for other positions, you'll have to wait until recruitment is opened.   2. Hey there! Usually, there are different strategies for bosses. As taken from the "How to beat every boss guide", the suggested pokemon in the team is Forretress, Weavile, Conkeldurr, Seaking. You can read more about how to defeat Lance in the guide here. It also gives a thorough explanation on what to do with said pokemon. Don't forget to take some restoration items like potions and revives. Leveling up can be done in Dragon's Den or in Mt. Silver while you still don't have access to Cerulean Cave.   6. Hi there. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but I've looked into it and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the TM being there. I've even tested it myself and it seems to be correct. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope you understand why we can't just simply give you the TM.
  7. Hi there. First of all, it's good to note that lower evolutions of pokemon gain levels faster. Furthermore, you should be able to train your pokemon on the trainers along the way to the next gym. Please be sure to battle each of them as it's really useful. There'll also be a quest in Goldenrod once you get there, which gives you many opportunities to train on trainers. However, if you still do not feel your team is good enough, outside of Goldenrod seems to be a good place along with slowpoke well or ilex forest. Also, I wouldn't recommend switching in pokemon for experience as it lowers the exp gain. It's better to use one pokemon to kill the opposing pokemon. Unfortunately, I know the leveling grind can be rather tedious but PRO is an MMO, which means that you'll have to 'grind' for most of your items, levels, etc. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope you understand. Hope my tips can help you to some extent!
  8. Hi there. Unfortunately, item descriptions aren't available to mobile players for now. This is due to the fact that the game is primarily developed for desktop and laptop operating systems. Perhaps, this feature could be available to Android users in the future, but we can't give an ETA as when it'll be available. However, you can always do ^info <item> in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord to get short descriptions on items. You are also free to ask the in-game Help chat if you need basic help on item definitions. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

Furthermore, it is not a game-based error, but instead an error on your part. Therefore, I'm sorry to say, but I can't recover your Macho Brace. Nevertheless, you are always able to purchase the item off of other players. Furthermore, you are also able to purchase the item from a PvP Master for 10 PvP coins and also get the item from certain diggable patches. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

  11. Hi there. Unfortunately you are unable to transfer over your currency over servers. However, if you've donated, you are able to transfer your donation items if you attach a receipt and make a post in Donations and Coins issues. An Admin will verify this and will see if your items can be transferred. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

  14. Hi there! Thanks for making this. However, we don't really offer monetary support here. Nevertheless, I can give you tips on how to make money! Dig spots, which have a 3 day cooldown, are a good way to earn rare candies and money. Trainers also reset every 7 days, which you may rebattle for money. Along with this, Bosses are a good way to earn money. You can check out this guide for more information on how to beat them! Selling your rare candies in the in-game trade chat is also a good way to make quick money if needed. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
