  3. Hey @K3NNZOR, Once you have beaten Sinnoh E4, if you wish to come back to Kanto or go in another region, just take boat in Canalave City by talking to Sailor Danny. Each travel costs 5,000$, but if you have the transit pass it will be free. Hope this helps, have a good day! Armin

  5. Hey @maioLP, Red Server and Blue Server have recently merged into Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore you will need to play on Silver Server if you wish to continue your Red / Blue Server progress. If you can't log into Silver Server, you probably need to merge your Red & Blue account, follow these steps to merge your account, make sure to select the right server as your main server! How to merge: [spoiler=Step 1]Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! Hey there, As stated in the Read This Before Making A Support Topic, you can find the reason of your ban by logging into the dashboard, if it doesn't say your account is banned, something on your connection could be causing this issue. • If you're using Proxy, try not to use it, and then test again. • If you're trying to play at school/work or any public place, their connection could have been IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network. • If you're from UAE/China/North Korea or if your provider is blocking the game, you can use a VPN.
