  1. Hey @joosantos, I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. During this quest, you need to face 2 Heatran, a level 99 Heatran and a level 30 Hetran; if you lost to the the level 99 Heatran, you can just go back to Stark Mountain and challenge the level 30 one, don't forget to talk to Buck as he would give you your Rare Candies and Master Balls back if you had any. If you lost to the level 30 Heatran, you will need to beat Nikola boss in Trainers Valley to make it spawn back. As stated in the How To Access Specific Areas guide, these are the requirements to access Trainer Valley. Take the train from Saffron City's or Goldenrod City's Station, and select "Trainers Valley" option once you meet all the requirements. Legendary Pokémon usually have a low catch rate so it's always better to bring a Master Ball with you when you want to face one of them. According to our Item guide, there are a few ways to get a Master Ball.   4. Hey @Rwarrior, I’m sorry for this inconvenience; don’t worry about your account, you didn’t lose any of your progress! Red Server and Blue Server have recently merged into Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore you will need to play on Silver Server if you wish to continue your Red Server progress. If you can't log into Silver Server, you probably need to merge your Red & Blue account, follow these steps to merge your account, make sure to select the right server as your main server! How to merge: [spoiler=Step 1]Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button: [spoiler=Step 2]Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! Hey @Rutuj192, As stated in the Item Guide, you could find a Big Nugget in some Dig Spots on Route 3, keep in mind that your Pokémon must know Dig and must have 150+ Happiness in order to use that move outside of a battle; you could also obtain a Big Nugget as a reward from Brock. Check the Happiness Guide to know more about Happiness in PRO and check the TMs and Move Tutors Guide if you do not know where to find TM28 - Dig. You can sell a Big Nugget to the Item Maniac for 30,000$. Kanto: the Item Maniac's residential house on Route 25 Johto: Ruins of Alph. Hoenn: Treasure Hunter house on Route 124.   6. Hello @marcich2, I’m sorry to hear about this inconvenience; unfortunately disconnects against Bosses count as losses. I regret to inform you that we can’t either reset your cooldown or refund your prize as it would be unfair to those who experienced this problem in the past. We're always trying to improve our sever stability; it has improved a lot, but it isn't perfect and can crash sometimes. As stated in the Read This Before Making A Support Topic If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your side, you may want to check your internet stability I know it could be frustrating to disconnect against a boss but please keep in mind that you will be able to refight Chuck in 12 days! You will have to wait until PRO Staff open up the possibility to players again and there is no eta for it. We are always trying to improve our server stability; it has improved a lot but it’s not perfect and can crash sometimes. As stated in the Read This Before Making A Support Topic: Also keep in mind that it is not possible to catch Zapdos in this game. Zapdos' seen data is needed to catch Mew (it doesn't matter whether you win or lose, you will still get the seen data).   13. Hey @Nemanja11, At the time you tried to connect, Silver Servers was down. PRO Discord is the best place to be updated on the server status and approximate downtime, if any given. There is usually no ETA for crashes, but maintenance times are scheduled and will be announced there.
