Dear staff, When I was playing a friendly game with one of my guildmates today, I switched my heatran in on his tornadus, predicting a heat wave and hoping to absorb the damage with Flash Fire. I made the right call, he did heat wave, but my heatran took damage. I initially thought this was a temporary glitch, but when I checked my heatran i noticed it suddenly had the ability flame body. This makes absolutely no sense, however, since I have never in my life bought an ability capsule nor would any sensible human change heatran's ability from flash fire to flame body. Could you please fix my heatran? Thank you very much for your help! (I have attached two screenshots: one of heatran, the way I caught it with its ability intact, and one of my heatran today. )

Dear admin team, I am not sure whether you are capable of helping me, but I would really appreciate it if you could! I was in the middle of a battle in the midst of doing the heatran quest (hence all the gravelers etc which I caught so I could revive my Gyarados) when the server crashed. This made me teleport out of the quest area (mt stark) and into the fight area pc, my Gyarados still having the levels it acquired while battling the NPCS during the quest. I was wondering whether you could delevel my gyarados back to level 60 so I could resume where I left off and complete the quest. I know it does not necessarily fit into the requirements of this thread, but I spent a lot of time preparing for this quest and to start all over again and train/find a new gyarados because of a random crash has been disheartening. Oh I tried to use an HP UP on it and it said it was ineffective! Maybe the person I traded it from had used HP UPs when he was ev training it? Just to be clear: I can still ev train it in the safari zone for example and the evs will affect its stats? Thank you for your help!

Dear Moderators, I was wondering whether you could help me delevel my ferrothorn. It is currently lvl 100, but it isn't fully EV trained yet. I tried to ev train it despite it not being able to level anymore, but it does not seem to be working. My player ID is makeitwitchu and I play on the silver server. Thank you for your help!
