I would heavily recommend making a separate topic for this, as it's a different thing entirely. Make sure you don't have anything open which could potentially let someone else move your char for you. Also, take a second and make sure you're note just looking at the lag between your play and your stream.

As stated here, make sure you have checked all machines including your own PC. There are several locations you may need to check again. Rest assured, as soon as you have the password from Giovanni, you should be able to access the Eevee; it's highly possible that it may already be sitting in your pc waiting for you :) Let me know if anything has changed!

Hey there Azhumberty! With Android, we've noticed things can get a little finicky. So there's a whole post dedicated to running PRO on Android, found here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16180 What I will say here, though, is your machine may not have the RAM to play PRO; or you may not have "install from outside sources" checked. Those would be my two first checks.
