I have had that problem before. It’s your anti-virus that thinks it’s a bad program that could harm your computer. All you got to do is like go to settings within your anti virus software and tell it to ignore/safe for you to open.

It’s like 1/20 = 5% drop rate. You have to just keep hunting those Pidgeottos until you find one with a nocturnal feather.
