remember it has x4 grass weakness Yeah exactly. And remember that many pokes could be more safe to battle npcs and Heatran like Snorlax , Garchomp etc.

In step 9 you don't need to catch Heatran. I was using Snorlax with Stockpile, Belly Drum, Earthquake and Thunder Punch to defeat all NPCs. I defeated Commander Mars and also 99 lvl Heatran. After that you talk to Buck, he teleports you outside the cave and gives back Master Balls and Rare Candies. Now you can come back to Pokecenter, take the Synch Pokemon and go back to the cave and there will be 30 lvl Heatran which you can easily catch with Master Ball. Yes this was from the old quest. Thanks for you note. I'll update it.

Only After beat the heatran lvl99 u can find the lvl30. Note: Beware after defeating heatran lvl99 the lvl30 replaces it. Talk to buck after beating lvl 99 for get your itens and go in pokecenter. Recomended Poke for defeat all npc and (heatran lvl 99) Gyarados. Good luck for everyone. Pretty useful. Thank you again.

Probably instead of spending your life taunting players that you can't become their quarter. You could quit forums just like you quitted the game for the 100th time. I've never saw you PvPing either on ranked nor on non-ranked even before so you shouldn't give your word about a PvP related stuff because it don't make sense and it doesn't matter. And as I see, your comment didn't add anything new rather than taunting which isn't an acceptable behavior on forums.

Yes. That should be it after the latest update on the quest. Yet I have to say I didn't know someone who tested it in this way still.
