I keep finding these level 1 Rattata in route 6 while surfing to EV train my Yamask. Logging off seems to have fixed my problem, since Rattatas kept spawning continuously.

Solved

Problem is i've not the best internet connection and sometimes it lags so takes a while to switch pokemons, and this bug is seriously making me rage 'cause it happened soo many times already... hope they fix it I mean as soon as it's just a graphical bug it's ok, but then (as shown in my video) it becomes a real problem, since i'm not able to switch to another Pokemon anymore.
