You have to beat the Mega-Gengar in the dark realm to enter that room. To go back to the dark realm to do so you have to respawn Alucard in his Castle on the third floor, by defeating the Horon boss in the Dark Valley (north of Necropolis). Make sure to not let any pokemon of you faint while battling Horon. If you didnt get the Rapidash Mount from Horon yet, you will get rewarded with the mount on beating Horon. You have to wait 3 days for Horon to respawn after that. If you beat him again, Alucard will respawn. Defeat Alucard with a pokemon that has the move Miracle Eye on your party and you will find yourself on Dark Realm again. Also you should recruit all the pokemon in the dark realm if you didnt do that on the first time being in the dark realm, as you will need those for the upcoming quests.

When you say its not working, what do you mean by that? Any error message? You need to stand next to water and click the rod you wish to use in your bag until you get an encounter. You can also assign the rod to a hotkey by dragging the rod out of your bag to the hotbar on the bottom of your screen.

Its not broken. You calced with Greninja while Keabus calcs were for Ash-Greninja.

On what part of the quest did Darkrai just go away? Have you beat Alucard in his castle on 3F with a pokemon which has the move Miracle Eye?

+1, I like the idea in general. Some usages of personal homes that come to my mind relatively quickly are the option to revive fossils on some sort of machine and personal move-relearners/move-tutors. If personal homes would have actual usage I could see this as a great addition to the game and another possible money sink. (costs for furniture, machines, move-relearners etc.) There is a lot of other stuff that could be useful but I guess you get what I am trying to say.

Yes, then it is like I said. You have to beat Horon again after the cooldown of 3 days. The first time you beat him it will spawn a Rapidash for the mount. The second time will make Alucard respawn.

If a Rapidash spawned upon beating Horon, you have to beat Horon again to make Alucard respawn. Keep in mind Alucard has a 3 day cooldown. Could that be the case for you?

You only get it once upon beating the challenge on the harder mode, correct.

You also get the Mega-Gengar Outfit upon beating the Nightmare Battlefield. If you enter the chamer again and talk to the Gengar, you can do the quest again but on a harder mode. If you manage to win, you will be rewarded with a IV locked reroll.

You need a pokemon with the move Foresight on your party to be able to battle the ghosts. The move miracle eye is needed for another part of the quest.

+1, really nice suggestions to improve the pokedex. The rarity tiers for each pokemon could be a nice addition as well.

In my opinion event forms should be super rare. Reducing the tiers of otherwise rare T8 pokemon to T6 on events wouldnt be good for the econemy for obvious reasons and would make hunting for the pokemon itself too easy.
