An update to the excavation sites is something planned for the future without an ETA of its release. Regarding the Hoenn teleporters, the issue is known but not that easy to fix as they are using the old script language and changing the script might break other things. However the issue is known and will also be fixed in the future someday.

Eevee evolves, its not a different form while Rotom doesnt evolve and only changes its form. So Rotom is the same pokemon regardless of its form while the evolutions of Eevee are differerent pokemon.

If you give the Old Biker a Ditto he gives you a discount for the voucher, it is now 40k instead of 60k. You have to buy the bike voucher for 40k and then you can get the bike from the bike shop.
