    Hello painbr, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have posed for you. The screenshot depicts the Pokedex without a Pokemon selected. If you were to press the Bulbasaur, it would show the Pokedex information about it. Was this your concern? Also, you can look up spawns of Pokemon you are missing using the Reborn bot on Discord. Simply use the command [iCODE]^s <pokemon>[/iCODE]. Also, not all Pokemon have been added. For example, Victini is not in the game. There is also no way to acquire its seen data.   3. Hello, I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. The client you currently have is not up to date. This was previously an issue, but a new client was released soon after that resolved it.   4. Hello Leoearth, I'm sorry about this inconvenience. It appears you have merged. Your account with progress will be on the Silver Server. Have you tried to log into this server since merging? If you are unable to log in due to the "invalid username/password" prompt then you will need to change your password. This sometimes occurs after merging. You can change your password here to something alphanumerical. Please let me know if this information helps you.   5. Hello, I'm really sorry about the inconvenience. Staff is aware that the move is bugged. Unfortunately, there is no ETA for when it will be fixed. There have been a lot of moves and abilities being fixed/added recently, and it may take some time. You can remain up to date in the official PRO Discord server where it will be announced when it is fixed. It will also be added to the Update Logs. You can check other moves that are not coded here.   7. Hello Smithy0520, I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. The Blue and Red servers were merged into the Silver server, and Yellow was renamed Gold. You simply need to merge your accounts in order to play. You can do this by logging into your dashboard. Please be careful to select the correct account as your main. Choosing the wrong account as your main will result in you story data being lost. If you still receive an “Invalid Password/Username message after completing the merge, please change your password here. Make sure your new password contains both letters and numbers. This should resolve the issue. You can find more detailed information about the merge errors here. For other information in general, you can view this post. Your account has not been lost, and you simply need to merge. Everything will be there once you complete this step. Let me know if this works for you. I hope you have a great day.

Also, if you do not receive an activation email for a new account, there are a couple of solutions you should try. First, you can resend the email while in incognito mode on your browser. If you do not receive the email in 30 minutes, you can resend it while using the browser, Firefox. These solutions often work with individuals who do not receive the email. You can resend it here.   9. Hi cuong157923, I'm extremely sorry about this. The game is not available on IOS, and there are no plans to add a client for this. IOS is more complicated, and it does not easily allow apps to be downloaded from places other than the Apple App Store. PRO can not be added to the App Store. It is also not on Google Play. However, Android is much more flexible and allows apps to be downloaded elsewhere. Aside from Android, the client is available on Windows, Mac, and Linux. These downloads and their listed requirements can be found here. Again, I really am sorry that the game is not available for iPhone devices.   10. Hello Riyoka, You can check why your account is banned by logging into the dashboard here. You will also need to make an appeal which can be done here. You are allowed to bump your appeal once every 24 hours if you do not receive a response.     Hello Sinto97, I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. This is not an uncommon problem, and there are a couple of solutions that can be used. I would first suggest that you resend the activation email while in incognito mode on your browser. If you do not receive the email within a half hour, please use the browser, Firefox, to resend it. These solutions often work for most individuals. You can resend the email here. Please let me know if these methods help you. The email can take up to 30 minutes sometimes to receive.   19. Hello n9ne1987, I'm sorry but Masterballs are not tradeable. However, you can obtain them in several different ways. PVP coin masters offer them for 10 PVP coins. They are located in Vermilion City, Mauville City, Olivine City, and Canalave City. The bug catching event sometimes rewards a Masterball as well as the Solaceon Daily Quest.
