Try logging in on each of the servers, screenshot anything that comes up. any messages saying banned, etc. see if they all say the same thing. Just so you know, I'm with the admins right now, and they are giving me these ideas as they come across them, so we can get this hopefully resolved today. Bear with us a little bit and help, and we'll get this cleared up pretty fast!

The maximum accounts allowed per person are 4. That restriction is set up like this: 2 accounts per email, 4 accounts in total. That means only 2 emails are allowed to be used (if you utilize the 2 per email clause). I hope this helps clear things up? Let me know otherwise please. Thank you and have a nice day!

We've discussed this very issue a time or few recently. The staff haven't quite made a decision though, as far as I'm aware.

With the addition of the third server, and the selection set to default to log in to the yellow server, new people may not check that at all, so it defaults to yellow, thus giving them a queue. So if you play on blue or red mainly, please check the server selection and proceed for there. If you wouldn't mind, also please ss the queue screen so I can get a better idea of how to possibly assist. Thank you, and please enjoy the game.

The friends list has a max of 50 names. That could be why some names get deleted. Hope this helps clear up some things. Have a nice day!

Personally speaking for myself, but I'm sure for several if not all staff members: I most certainly do appreciate comments like this. I get them in pm's a lot in game and sometimes in pm on forums too. It never fails to bring a smile to my face. It makes me very happy that so many people enjoy the game. Shane has worked tirelessly developing it, and the content staff have also worked tirelessly to script, map, test, and do artwork. Often times this side of the game staff go unnoticed, but they are such a huge part of this project, and I for one am so appreciative of them! I am also very appreciative of the users as well.
