I tried that as well. The grunts in front of the ship wont allow me to pass.

I meet all of those requirements. The receptionist at Eumi just says welcome. I did go through the megathread but the NPC in Eumi Island Theme PArk 3, Lyzabeth does not show up for me.

I cannot see the NPC to start the Manaphy quest, i cant see Watson and Officer Shamac at New Mauville either.

I dont think the rewards make it worth the time it takes to build boss teams. People work hard to build teams and beat bosses for the syncable pokes..having same reward for all bosses is not a good idea. I wouldnt want to fight the boses for these pokes. Money nerf sucks too it will make the bosses not worth the effort.
