Well I exaggerated but still it's barely worth it to fight blocking trainers. I was going to seafoam island and the swimmers keep blocking me, the reward I get barely affects the xp level of my poke, and the pokedollars is <300 for like 5 pokemons to batle. They should just rechallenge us if we talk to them :D.

agreed!!! rebattling weak trainers are more of annoyance than any gain. We can take that we need to ride a mount to travel between places and have a chance of shiny, but weak trainers blocking our path as if their lvl 6 caterpie can beat our lvl 99 gyarados. There is no benefit rebattling them as their rewards are too negligible. one suggestion I could make is that once a trainer has been beaten once, you only battle them once you talk to them rather than crossing their line of sight.

Yeah I agree that adding anew server might be expensive due to new hardware and maintenance, but I doubt price would be really a problem as of now seeing as a lot of players are too lenient donating and getting coins.Increasing capacity into a new server, sounds good but doubt would be feasible due to hardware limitations.(Maybe if they do hire a dedicated server service but very expensive IMO). And for your third point, yeah I know we should be patient. I'm not asking I want new server now. I just want to see when will it be planned in their to do list seeing it's urgency in my opinion.

Right now, even the blue server has queue up to 1000 when logging in. During mid-peak(6 hours from now), you need to queue for like ~200. off peak times(11-12 hours form now) the server has like 1.5k players. Would it be possible to add a third server to accommodate more players logging in? Seeing its massive growth (most I think came from youtube videos streamed by players), I don't think a 2nd server was enough. I know current priority is the Hoenn update, but I believe there will be a new flux of new players coming to this game after the new update. With the current state of the servers now, i don't think even queuing can manage the login request coming from an expected boom of players after the hoenn update.
