Good morning! I would like to ask a question about my clefable who can't relearn cosmic power. I tried to go to move tutor and daycare but they dont seem to offer a move called Cosmic power. It's really sad tho.. I'll be waiting for the response. Thank you!

Good morning! I would like to ask for de-leveling my pokemon chansey since I accidentally skipped evolving it because of spamming using rare candies. I don't want to waste my effort of hunting good chansey for days even tho it's my fault of negligence. If considered, it will really help me to compete in the growing pro players in game.
