If you would checked Pokédex you would know that 7th Generation Pokémon are in-game, just disturbation of any of them is not yet decided.

Did you read what I said? MErge was about Red + Blue into one, so that's how Silver server born and Yellow server was renamed to Gold.

I believe is Silver, because I always see more people there when I or someone else use Discord command check servers statuses. Plus Silver server is Red + Blue combined while Gold server is a Yellow server. So Silver for sure.

Someone from staff in Discord said opposite that possible they making things like Battle Tower and other things to please our appetite till something big like Unova come, when I asked about Unova. But I suggest take this saying with pinch of salt until it will fully confirmed. Plus devs choose the one of best ways implement regions, because is suited for all regions, but that's my point of view for this system. Thor said that probably as economist, because new regions would change a lot of prices including prices for 5th/6th/7th generation Pokémon.

From what I see you was in middle doing region and merge add some of your other region/s Pokémon to your party. If that's the case you need staff member to move them to PC.

I believe this is known bug, because it already was working like that since my Lombre, that I caught in Halloween, learned a Uproar.

The eggs collecting part of event already ended. Dunno for Togepi, but if the icon near party still exist then you still can hunt event Togepi line.
