sadly didnt work

now sadly i am not able to open gold server the last time i played on it was 11/11/2018 2:40 i need help with opening this server back up since my data to 3rd gym is on there and i have no data on silver basically it is not letting me open the server whenever i do it fade the logging in sign then doesnt load when i try again it says connection lost and continues to do that and then it would say after a while can not connect to server help

i have tried to log in and the logging sign shows then fades away ive deleted then re installed to check if it would work it allows to to go in to silver but not gold does this mean the server is full or is it a problem the game also does this when i try and log in the logging sign show then goes i try click and this it either says connection lost or can not connect to server
