  1. THe best nature for Santa Claus is basically the nature you would use the pokemon in PvP with, It depends on the pokemon. Whereas for the Grinch, You get bonus points for the pokemon having 0 nature, meaning the nature doesnt increase or decrease a stat on the pokemon. Could you please try the following steps to fix the crash: - Check if you have the right specifications. - Check if your drivers are upto date, or just update them a driver update software. - Try using compatibility mode -> Windows 7 - Scan your computer and clear out the cache. - Make sure that PRO32.EXE or PRO64.EXE are added to your firewall exceptions. - You download the DirectX files HERE. Unfortunately, Staff members do not provide de-evolution services to the community, However, Swadloon can learn more damaging moves after it evolves into leavanny. It evolves into leavanny when the happiness is maximum(255). You can check the happiness of your pokemon by typing the command /happy 1-6 where 1-6 is the position in your party. You may need to relearn damaging moves on your swadloon such as razor leaf by interacting with the Move Relearner. He is present at Sootopolis and Slateport City in Hoenn. Could you please try the following steps: - Go to the folder C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\ (Replace YourUsername with your Windows usernamen). - Find a folder that starts with PRO_ and open it. If you have more than one, open the latest one. Start the ClientPatcher.exe. - You should get an error message now. Should this be enough for you to fix it yourself, please do it. If not, Reply again to this thread. - Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. - Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found HERE - Restart your computer. Follow the steps below to do so: - Delete PRO Client/Application and all the files (.rar /.apk included) - Delete all the related/remaining files of PRO (e.g temporary files), you can use a free software like Ccleaner to do that in the easiest way. - Restart your device. - Download the latest and most updated client from pro website HERE.
