Hello there! There is indeed a way to reduce the EVs points of a stat, they are the following stats. Note that each berry reduces 10EVs. It is always advisable to catch the pre-evo as it is easier to train and lvlup and the stats will be absolutely the same. It doesn't matter when you evolve the pokemon, The stats do not change! Vitamins give 10EVs to the pokemon and can be given infinitely to a pokemon, Although when the pokemon has more than 252EVs on the stat that the vitamin increases, It does not use up the vitamin. Vitamins also dont work when the total number of EVs on the pokemon is more than 510. The blue number on the stats of the pokemon are the EVs in PRO. Heres a guide to EVs and IVs. 2. On the mechanics of PRO, as the evolved form has a much larger experience needed and smaller experience gain, there will be absolutely no change whether you evolve the pokemon at lvl98 or at lvl36, the stats will be just the same but the stats would also be affected by the EVs and IVs of the pokemon, incase you want to compare 2 different pokemon. More information regarding PRO's Mechanics can be found in our PRO General Information. 3. There is absolutely no change between a male and a female pokemon. However, female/male ONLY evolution may need the pokemon to be female/male based on the evolution needed. Hello there! My apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, Rollbacks happen in a game that is BETA. We try to keep them to the minimum but its not predictable when these rollbacks may occur. Rollbacks are server crashes which may remove the data that is stored in the last 5minutes or such. They cannot be recovered as the ID of the pokemon takes time to get stored in the data base, and if its not stored yet, and the server crashes, You lose the ID as well as the pokemon. To prevent losses from this Rollback, You may want to relog after you catch something rare, as this will force save the pokemon and they will not be lost by rollbacks.
