THIS IS HAPPENING SINCE PATCH AND YET EVEN THOUGH I REPORTED ON FORUM IN GENERAL BUG , NOBODY IS RESPONDING NOW TRYING IN CLIENT BUG ! ANYBODY please give me solution, i have tried reinstalling pro and all but it still happens. the game freezes every 15 secs or when a another player appears in the screen.

i am trying that from 1 day it doesn't evolve n by the way I want it to evolve at lvl 95 after I train it .. could u tell me clearly how to evolve ... Cause I have met the requirements n I am not able to evolve it.... Note:- I want to evolve it at lvl 92-95
