I know. However, "7. No Guard (If Ground type moves are used against Levitate, that would result in a ban)" This quote indicates that ONLY if ground moves are used against Pokemons that can levitate. The scenario I presented above shows that, even if we attempt to prevent ourselves from using ground type moves against levitate pokemons, we could still end up hitting the levitate Pokemons due to switch and unpredictability

Honestly, I think that the whole ability (No Guard) should be banned. Let me present you a scenario. SuHu sends out Machamp against Arcanine. SuHu uses Earthquake because Arcanine is weak to ground. Opponent switches to Weezing or Gengar. Weezing or Gengar gets hit by Earthquake. SuHu did not know that Arcanine will be switched to Weezing/Gengar. SuHu is in trouble.

I am talking about the visual bug caused by weather teams that impacts how the battles run. So I received word that only Shane can touch the visual bugs If the visual bug dont get fixed by the start of the tourney, will we just let it affect the battles? :|

I have a proposition to make. Sand/Sun Teams should be banned. Not only due to the fact that rain team is banned, but it tends to cause visual bugs. When I battled someone using a ninetales, the "sunny day" sign did not show up so I was under the impression that its ability is Flash Fire. Therefore, I kept on going until it used solar beam without recharging...) Visual bugs occur with any weather-related teams..
