It worked. When i fainted it and maxed happines aagain evolve window popped up as normally. Thank you for the help

I was trainin a togepi and when it hits lvl 97 evolution didn't trigger. So i checked the happiness and it showed 255 so i tried again leveled it up to 98 still nothing. I closed the game, relog and tried again, nothing happened again. And i tried with lvl 100 too thinking i could use a mysterious candy for the last evolution but it still didn't evolve to togetic. So now i ended yp having a level 100 togepi and it doesn't take mysterious candy as well. I got a Screenshot that shows my togepi had max happiness before leveling. But i litterally have no idea how it goes now
