I was trainin a togepi and when it hits lvl 97 evolution didn't trigger. So i checked the happiness and it showed 255 so i tried again leveled it up to 98 still nothing. I closed the game, relog and tried again, nothing happened again. And i tried with lvl 100 too thinking i could use a mysterious candy for the last evolution but it still didn't evolve to togetic. So now i ended yp having a level 100 togepi and it doesn't take mysterious candy as well.

You just need to faint your togepi once and max it's happiness again. It should resolve your problem.

It worked. When i fainted it and maxed happines aagain evolve window popped up as normally. Thank you for the help
