  1. Hello everyone, I'm sorry for any inconveniences caused. The servers sometimes experience technical difficulties leading them to crash, they both should be back up now and ready to play. And unfortunately for you Karan3 there's not much we can do about your BCC but to wait for the global reset at 00:00 GMT+0, even if we do it would be unfair for those who were also affected by server crashes and didn't receive any compensation for their money or progress. Our developers are constantly improving the game in order to have the less inconveniences while playing it, so please be patient and I hope you understand. Any upcoming announce about new features, changes and downtimes will be said in our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD so please tune in so you won't miss any news and downtimes.   6. Hello gspo24, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. You're probably experiencing an error that happens when a Pokemon tries to learn a move by any way teachable. This includes by level up, TM, Move Tutor and Move Relearner. In order to fix this problem please follow the next steps: Delete all the PRO files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Restart your computer/device. Download the game from here. After you've done all the steps the error should be fixed letting you now teach your Pokemon a move by any way teachable mentioned before. Unfortunately we are not able to refund you any amount of money you could have lost due to this error as it would be unfair for those who accepted their loss by bugs and errors if we restore your money and not the their money or progress. Also our tools do not let us track how the money of an user get spent or how their items were used so we can't verify and refund at all. Hello hieuyeuphuong12, Unfortunately right now we are not longer offering the Name Change service as stated in the main thread here: NAME CHANGE, ACCOUNT RESET, AND SERVER TRANSFER - MAY 2019, saying that we would be receiving requests until May 27th, 2019 GMT+0 00:00. and we don't have an estimated time on when we will offer this service again. In order for you to be able to transfer your account to silver, as your blue server account being banned, you'll need to appeal for your ban in the following thread: DISCIPLINE APPEALS. You can bump your appeal every 24 hours. Keep in mind that appealing does not ensure your account getting unbanned, and Staff is trained properly for what they must do and will not ban without proper evidence. And being the main thread closed now, as the final date: May 27, 2019 GMT+0 00:00 has passed, I'm sorry to tell you that for now you won't be able to transfer your account.   12. Hello AKIDBS, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. While you're playing the story on each region you'll be able to use the native Pokemon of the current region, once you get the 8th badge of that region you'll be able to use native Pokemon of your current region and from past regions, do note that when you enter a new region all your past region Pokemon will be locked. As for that Shellder being native of Johto you are currently not able to use it unless you go to the Johto region or complete the Johto region, as you're also able to trade on any region after you get the 4th badge from Kanto, in that moment you'll be able to trade back your Pokemon. Also I would like to inform you that about "transferring" your Pokemon back is a service that is no longer available due to our trade moderators spent a large amount of time to reverse the trades of region locked Pokemon because users kept ignoring the notification saying it is region locked. Unfortunately we are unable to verify how was your money and items used, and if we give you your money back it would be unfair for those who already accepted their loss not being given any compensation by bug, errors, and server crashes. After reviewing your case I could see that you have given and received quite some life orbs in the past few days having 4 in your current inventory and one in a gengar. Could you confirm me if your life orb is still missing or if you were able to find it? Unfortunately if your life orb is still missing there's nothing we can do about it as there is no way we can track how you obtained them all, and it would also be unfair for those who accepted their loss by bugs or errors not getting a compensation for their money or progress lost.
