  2. Hello lottelasarstein, I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. You're experiencing an error that happens when a Pokemon tries to learn a move by any way teachable(Level up, TM, Tutor or Move Re learner). In order to fix this problem please follow the next steps: Delete all the PRO files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Restart your computer/device. Download the game from here. After you've done all the steps the error should be fixed letting you now teach your Pokemon a move by any way teachable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund you any amount of money you could have lost due to this error as it would be unfair for those who accepted their loss by bugs and errors if we restore your money and not the their money or progress. Also our tools do not let us track how the money of an user get spent or how their items were used so we can't verify and refund at all.   4. Hello @moetheboss12345, This isn't an exact bug as that Bisharp doesn't really have that ability all the time. This unusual ability is caused by the move Role Play as when Bisharp uses it he will get the ability of the Pokemon he's facing, so when the user links it in the chat it will appear the ability it has in the battle, do note that when that bisharp is facing another pokemon in another battle after he used role play it will restore his original ability. Our developers are constantly improving the game in order to have the less inconveniences while playing it, so please be patient and I hope you understand. As I've stated previously about disconnections, being the reason a server crash or by any other possibility to get you disconnected we can't offer any compensation as it would be unfair for those who already accepted their loss and weren't given any money or progress. Unfortunately if you get disconnected while doing the Bug Catching Contest it will lead you to forfeiting the contest and I'm sorry to tell you that you will need to wait the global cool down at 00:00 GMT+0 to be able to enter the contest again, about being disconnected while playing it could be caused by mainly 2 options: Server Crashing or Your connection problems. If the problem was caused by our server crashing, I'm again sorry about it, and I would like to tell you that our developers are constantly improving the game in order to have the less inconveniences while playing it, so please be patient and I hope you understand. If the problem was caused by connection issues by your end, make sure to get a the better connection possible is a good way to improve and get less problems while playing or doing anything in the Internet, if this indeed happened please try the following suggestions: Call your Internet provider. Troubleshoot your hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you are using a wireless connection. Turn off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a new DNS Server. There is no real fix for this and we cannot either restart your cool down of your bug catching contest, keep in mind that our team is always working on solving the server issues and fix as fast as possible any issue that may affect a loss on users progress.   14. Hello DJonasty, I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused, and I want to let you know that your Shiny Umbreon mount is actually held by an Anorith that you have on your PC. Also there are some other items held by some of your pokemons in your PC: Beldum has a Tree Axe Spearow has a Ghost Outfit 13 Parasect has Black Suit Shuckle has a Gyarados Mount.
