Sorry I did this rule while a auction, I hope noone gets troubled by this.

Yeah would be the best idea I guess but like I said I wont change the rules for Skorupi and Staryu. If you have other things you dont like or other suggestions which could help the shop pls pm me.

I think you failed at some way because the only way you get cut is in and not directly after the 2nd gym. Or did I missunderstood you and you got it not directly after the 2nd gym? In the game the leader of the second gym tells you to get the cut TM from the person at the front of the gym, which I bought from the person for $1,500. It was in my bag ready to be used I just didn't put it on any of my pokemon. I went back on the next day and it wasn't there. I can't progress to Saffron City if I don't have it. Maybe they changed smt from story ? At my time you got cut not in cerulean and Im sure that you never have to pay for HM cut. Your sure that you didnt bought tm bubblestream? Becasue infromt of the gym in noone. Anyway you dont need cut to go forward. You was already in Bill´s hause? Talk with him and do some other story stuff till a stuff member can bring clearness.
