Can someome take a look into this please?

Arent all prestige mount tradeable? As shown in pictures i found a buyer, switch to his server, bought a mount for him just to find out its not tradeable? Since when? I sold 1 or 2 prestiges mounts before with no problem. Now im stuck on server i dont want to be on, with the mount i obviously dont need. Looking forward to your reply.
