Hello @BestAbyssEUW, I am really sorry for the inconvenience and I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but sadly we can not refund cooldowns since it would be unfair to other players who had the same issue and didn't report it. Also there is no way for us to proof what caused it and if it was caused by a Server Crash you should be able to rebattle him immediatly. I am again sorry I can't give you any better news and I really hope you understand that if we did refund without proof some people would start to abuse it. Have a great day regardless, M3ru3m

Hello @DylanRadnich, Yes,, those items are still available. You can check Rewards and other information about Bosses by using the ^boss bossname command in the #bot-command Channel of our PRO Discord :-) You also fine information about them in our ProWiki. Hello @Oramunleashed, Sorry for the inconvenience. As far as I know Controller Support is still bugged. So if you want to use a Controller you need to use a Button Mapping Tool here (like JoyToKey). I hope that helped. Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @MrParis, All your Pokes seem to be from Kanto Region. So all you need to do is to Drag and Drop them from the PC (inside any Pokecenter) into your Party. Please let me know if that solved the Problem. :-) Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @Eric696, I am sorry for the inconvenience. I checked the Pokemon with the ID you provided and it says it's a Kanto Pokemon. You can check a Pokemons Region by clicking on it and in the Top it will tell you the Region the Pokemon is from: I don't know what happened there. I couldn't think of a scenario where it would change the Region. :-/ Maybe you got traded another Poke then you got showed before? Can you maybe provide me a Screenshot of that Poke? You can check the remaining time by using the command ^inspect username server (for example: ^inspect 4bn3r silver) in #bot-commands channel of our PRO Discord. Hello @AlwaysLate, Sorry for the inconvenience. But the total IV Goal was not finished on Gold Server so noone got a Ticket. But submitting 2 Pokes wouldn't have been enough anyway since you need at least 0,5% of the total IVs. You can find all the Infos on World Quest here in our ProWiki. Have a great day, M3ru3m

Hello @Tansin, Sorry for the late reply. As Bhimoso said is that a know bug caused by entry Hazards. It should be fixed with the next update. However we reset the cooldown for you, be sure not to use any entry Hazards this time ;-) You can use them again once the next update has arrived. I'll lock this Thread now.
