Hello @HoudiniGOD, I am really sorry for the inconvenience and I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but sadly we can not refund cooldowns since it would be unfair to other players who had the same issue and didn't report it. Also there is no way for us to proof what caused it and if it was caused by a Server Crash you should be able to rebattle him immediatly. I am again sorry I can't give you any better news and I really hope you understand that if we did refund without proof some people would start to abuse it. Have a great day regardless, M3ru3m

In what City? You battled both Leaders in Mossdeep Gym, got the 7th Badge, then went to Sootopolis battled a Leader there, then left and now you can't enter Sootopolis again? Also can you please tell me what Account you are refering to? Cause you have 0 Hours on your "efrem1" account. Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @XAshPurple7x, Since PRO is an MMO our Team had to make some changes to make it more grindy / challenging. There also need to be some money sinks so the economy does not collapse. And breeding was removed so people would need to hunt for good pokes. There are currently no plans to change any of that. Have a nice day, M3ru3m

Hello @Omsterparty, Sorry, but currently we do not offer Account resets. We will make an Announcement in our official PRO Discord as soon as we offer them again. Until then you can either switch Servers if you haven't started playing on the other Server. You can do that at your Dashboard - > Server Transfers -> Transfer for free. All you Progress including items, Pokes and Playtime will move to the other Server and vice versa. If you already started playing on the other Server too I am afraid you will need to make another Account and start playing with that one. Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @Yashashwi200, As Bhimoso already said can you switch Servers at your Dashboard. If you only wanna transfer Pokes and Items you'll need a second Account (or a Friend) that you give all your Stuff to before the Transfer and give it back afterwards. Greetings, M3ru3m
