Hello @Fakestam1, I am super sorry about the late reply. Could you try to press "Alt + Enter"? That's the command to switch between Full Screen and Window Mode. Or try to press "F2" at the login Screen and enter "clean reg". That should reset all the settings. Please let me know if that helped. Greetings, M3ru3m

It's free every 30 days and if you wanna transfer back earlier it costs 100 coins. Everything will transfer with you: Pokemon, Progress, Money, Items.... Greetings, M3ru3m

Just finish the Quest and talk to the NPC (I think Buck is his name) again then you will get your Items back :-) Hello @moon11sun12, You can check the Guide for installing PRO on Android here. Hello @Drom1, You can use our ProWiki for all the Infos about Bosses usually. It gets updated frequently. As for the name change. You can request a name change on your Dashboard. I mean on what Account (Playername) do you have that Problem? I don't fully understand. Cause you already are Sinnoh Champ so you don't need to talk to Paul. If you wanna travel back to Sinnoh from Lilycove go south from the Pokecenter and talk to the Sailor inside the Dock. He will take you to Vermilion (Kanto), Olivine (Johto) or Canalave (Sinnoh). Hello @Ashu90123, I am really sorry for the inconvenience and I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but sadly we can not refund cooldowns since it would be unfair to other players who had the same issue and didn't report it. Also there is no way for us to proof what caused it and if it was caused by a Server Crash you should be able to rebattle him immediatly.
