What pokemons can't be obtained by normal players of PRO and how long is mute ban =D I can't wait to chat again. it's been 3 days already

Why r they still not replying about this? It's already my 3rd day and I still can't use chat. where are the MODS

Can I join guild and be given pokemons for Kanto lineup to win all gyms and championship. Kinda active,, especially at night.

Last last day when I was playing everything is still okay. I can chat in Trade, All, Help, Whisper and etc that can insert messages.... But when I opened today I noticed that something popped up in my screen, texts that i have never been seen before, it tot it's a message from Ruins of ALPS, so i didn't read it cuz I still haven't gotten of my translator. then when I send chat to any of the above chat boxes , It does not show up, there was a green slimy thing that shows up whenever I enter a message which was new, therefore I knew that it was a BUG. So please kindly fix the chat box so that I can ask questions again and be enlightened, so that I could proceed to my quests again, cuz I'm really stuck.. TO the Pokemon GOD. Last last day I can still chat in world,whisper,trade,help etc sections. then today when I logged in there was a boxed message saying who knows what it is then after i enter a message it won't show up no matter what section i choose. I really don't what to do anymore cuz I can't even ask in HELP section. I don't know the point of CHAT BOX anymore if U can't CHAT in IT. Kindly fix it. It's hard to play blindfolded..
