The stats you want depend on the pokemon. im going to take gengar for example as you can see here https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/gengar it has high sp.atk and speed so you want those IV's to be as high as possible. you also want to train his EV in spatk and speed. natures give +10% in a certain stat (green) and -10% in another stat (orange). for gengar most ppl want timid nature wich gives + speed and -attack. what stats you want depends on the pokemon like i said before. i suggest https://www.smogon.com/dex/xy/pokemon/gengar/ for strategies on the pokemons you want

Subbed because i feel more connected with the characters. Like ZeroBlade said there is more emotion put into the voices. The difference between subbed and dubbed for me is so big that i probably would not watch anime if dubbed was my only option.

currently only the pokemons with number 1-200 are on their gen 6 moveset. so spiritomb does not seem to be on gen 6 and thats why its not in the list at the egg move teacher.
