You do not lose any mega stone in order to get their mega version, you will however need : You must have obtained the mega stone that is in accordance to the mount. For example if you were to get the Mega houndoom mount, you need the Houndoominite in your possession You must have the basic or shiny version of the mount you want to mega evolve. So the shiny houndoom mount for the shiny mega houndoom and so on The price of changing the mount if of either 400k, 100 pvp coins or 200 pve coins Let me know if you have more questions regarding the topic Have a splendid day!

Regarding your questions here : It's completely fine to ask as it is indeed a big problem and we completely understand the reluctance of playing with such issue. A fix is already uploaded to both servers (Would need verification that it's correctly applied for silver) that should correct the issue. Although we still have to fix manually those cases who happened before the fix applied like I just did with yours.
