Hey there @nachoej My apologies for the inconvenience. Such issue often arise from an anti-virus that puts the GameAssembly file in quarantine since it recognized it as malicious. Rest assured that this file is completely safe (You can even verify yourself with https://www.virustotal.com/gui/) In order to resolute this you would have to preferably deactivate your anti-virus, extract the game and add the files to the exclusions in your anti-virus program so that they don't get deleted. You should be able to re-activate your anti-virus without any issue afterwards considering that the game files have been whitelisted from the program. If so your Masterballs and rare candies are currently being hold by an NPC and will only be returned when you finish the quest. Looking forward to your answer, have a splendid day !

Hey there @Jumplebow My apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the sets are tied to ID's and as you may know the pokemon ID's are changed when you use the transfer service. As of right now there is unfortunately no way around this, you will have your sets back when you transfer to silver once again. Hey there @MegaMix My apologies for the inconvenience. You've selected the wrong server when merging and this is why you were stuck in this situation with no badges. I was able to un-merge your silver account so that you can merge properly this time, on the dashboard. Please be sure to select your blue character when merging since this is where you have your progress. You may also wish to read more regarding the merge in this thread. Hi there @yigido2006 My apologies for the inconvenience and the delay (As a general tip it's always good to bump your post every 24 hours without an answer so it doesn't get lost) I've taken a look into your account and it seems that you are missing the rock fragment for the Fiery path site located east of Lavaridge town. Be sure to interact with all the breakable rocks around the site and to interact with the fragment after using rock smash on the rock. Let me know if that works! Have a splendid day

You can find 2 versions of the PRObetterfarm program in these threads : One remade by Cames One remade by diljitsandhu Feel free to try them both as they essentially have a different interface and some different options (While keeping the same core features). Keep in mind that these programs are allowed because they simply read data on your screen and do not interfere or modify the client in any ways. Greetings @WIERDOOS123 My apologies for the inconvenience. I've taken a look into your your issue and following your screenshots it seems that you are simply searching in the wrong spot for one of the possible locations. One of the route (one that you mentioned) is accessible from 2 sides, which is also very close to route 9. Be sure to look around it! Hey there @CarlosV7 I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to delete all the game files, completely deactivate your anti-virus and and re-extract again ? This issue usually comes by due to an anti-virus software deleting a game file when extracting the game. Let me know if that works Have a splendid day!

Hey there @kingsoccer My apologies for the inconvenience. The issue is most likely due to the fact that you have an anti-virus/firewall that removes some files from the game. Delete all your game files (including those in the recycle bin) and add an exception for PRO in the said program (An example on how to with windows defender). After that is done download the game once again using the official website. You may have to deactivate your anti-virus while extracting the game as well. Let me know if that works! Hey there @kyleq8 Were the birds you saw on Shamouti island or in the places (Power plant, seafoam island) I mentioned ? Either way, if you are still at the beginning of the quest you won't be able to catch the birds directly. You will be required to collect the 3 orbs on each island before getting access to them.
