You will need to beat the boss Nikola in order to gain another chance, in the event where you fail to catch a legendary or faint it during the process. This boss can be found by going to Trainer valley and by following these directions . Here's a complete guide on trainer valley if you have further interested in the area. It's good to note that Nikola is a super boss and that item usage is not possible while fighting the boss. Nikola will go on a cooldown of 21 days, whether you win or lose. Furthermore, this boss should not be used as a reroll as your legendary pokemon might not be restored in this case. When beaten, you will get the opportunity to respawn your Celebi. The move relearner has a current issue in which you don't see all the move available the first time. Normally this gets fixed by interacting with him a second time.
