Problem solved. It was the appearance reset due to prior bug I mentioned. Thanks for your concern

I want to present my problem with new account: I just created a new acc on Silver server called: "Luckycoffee" and completed 4 badges today. (about 4 hours ago from this post) Before I logged in, the game had automatically updated new client then I got a surprise; my account was reset from the start. I was really confused and tried to log out and in again to make sure but nothing changed, so all my effort was away. I think there would be an error with new client update (before that, I encountered a problem about no appearance choice for my character but I didn't care) I hope this problem could be fixed.
