Hi @Pukje, we checked route 214 spawn and overall is fine. Having more pokemon rare in one single spawn doesn't mean they have less chance to appear. Hi @Corv1knight, Pancham encounter chance in Bittersweet Cave 4f is totally fine for a Rare pokemon. Gastly level is not low to incentivate the strategy to avoid commons pokemon, as you can see from the pokedex after a certain level Gastly's family learn a self harming move and we want to avoid this in the future spawns.
