Hey there @Nokko, If you're still needing help you can use a Soothe Bell on you pokemon and it'll help them gain more happiness. You can also use the items that help raise each EV stat (Protein, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Carbos, and HP ups) each giving 2 happiness. If you need more information about this you can refer here; Information on Happiness and it'll help on what will gain/lose for happiness. Hope this helps out. Hey there @Mochi00, Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, you or your friend are not allowed to do bosses services for each other as it breaks the rules you can find here; Game Rules. 8. Exploiting Bosses to excessively gain income is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: Selling or buying Boss Service. Fight Bosses on more than 4 accounts, regardless of ownership. Fight Bosses on both servers with the same account. If you transferred, you will have to wait for the cooldown on the other server to end in order to rechallenge. Hey there @Vuvucelas, Sorry for the inconvenience, Unfortunately we can't de-level pokemon, however you can purchase a mysterious candy from any department store which is used evolving level 100 pokemon. On that note you'll also need to max friendship your Budew during the day, after that you'll need to use the mysterious candy and it should evolve. Please let me know if you're still having problems. Hello @Surya1op, Sorry for the inconvenience, Have you tried fainting your Riolu from a wild pokemon battle/ NPC Trainer battle, disconnecting then re-connecting the game/closing it fully and then getting the happiness up and using the Mysterious Candy? Hey there @Voitov, Sorry for the late response, In order to re-enter the Dark Realm and catch Darkrai, you'll need to head to the Dark Valley located above Necropolis. Once there you'll need battle the Horon boss without fainting a single pokemon to then you can head to Alucards Castle and re-enter the Dark Realm to catch Darkrai. Kind regards, Duraludon

Hey there @Softstyl, Sorry for the late response, In order to catch Darkrai, you'll need to re-enter the dark realm for that you'll need to head to Dark Valley located above Necropolis. You'll need to then battle Horon boss without fainting a single pokemon in the battle. Then you will be able to re-enter Alucards Castle where you'll access the dark realm again and have a chance at catching Darkrai. Kind regardfs, Duraludon

Hey @Mag69, Sorry for the late, As Darksoul56 stated, in order to evolve Kadabara or Haunter you'll need to trade with another player in the same pokemon center, it'll pop up with a message box to confirm the evolution of the pokemon. You can always ask in chat for help but note to take screenshots of your chats for any proof for your safety. You can always ask for a request in the Trade Evolution Megathread or post in the #request-chat channel on PROs Official Discord and a member of staff will be gladly to assist you. Hey @Darktitan27, To be able to use dig to go through the cave with a shovel, you'll need to have interacted with both sides first. In addition to this, you'll need the 3rd badge of the region you are in, to be able to use the move Dig outside of battles. Please let me know if you're still having trouble. Kind regards, Duraludon

Hey there @Viscabarcaa, Have you caught the Legendaries Mew and Celebi? If not you'll have to do that first in order to proceed forward in the Jirachi quest. Also double check on your caught data for Kanto, Johto and Hoenn, you can do this by seeing a pokeball next to them in the pokedex. Please let me know if you're still having any issues.
