  3. Hey there @Kaio543, You can use this encounter counter here: Better Farm as it's a tool that only counts your encounters and doesn't harm your game experience while playing. Just remember the rules: 5. Using any kind of unauthorised software, hacking or editing the PRO game/ client is prohibited. Unauthorised software includes: Any kind of automated software. (Bots, Macro). Software which injects into PRO's files to give unfair advantages. (Speed hacking). External software that gives unfair advantages, which is not endorsed by PRO.

Hey there @Mag69, Unfortunately Raichu doesn't learn moves when leveling up after evolving it with a stone, you'll have to visit a move re-learner in order to re-learn some moves for Raichu, by going to the move re-learner in Saffron for 2,000 pokedollars per move, certain TMs you can use on Raichu to give or catching a Pikachu again and leveling it up first with the moves you want for it then evolving. Or for pre-evo moves, you'll have to do the Daycare quest by completing the Egg Move Guide. Please let me know if you have any questions.

  8. Hey there @Lmc119 If you're trying to just hunt or travel, you'll need to do the Kyurem quest for this part in order to advance, you'll need a Ground type pokemon that learns the move Surf. Please let me know if you're still having trouble.
  9. Hey there @Mag69, After defeating Jackson, he'll be upset and alert Team Rocket of your whereabouts. Walking around and being seen by a member of Team Rocket will place you back at the start of the room you're trapped in. You'll need to avoid members of Team Rocket in order to pass, in this image you're trying to go through an area that can't be access, try going up top instead and using the stairs to get the the next part. Please let me know if you're still having any trouble.

  11. Hey there @Mag69, Enter the School building and go to the lower floor. Confront Jackson and you will battle him. If you lose to Jackson you will have to talk to the Receptions and then return to Pallet Town and ask his mom to come and move him. His house is next to yours. If you beat Jackson you are free to move on to Viridian Forest and you can head North to Route 2 and continue until you reach a stop house. Please let me know if you're still having trouble.

The purchase of the service can either cost the following; 2x IV Reroll Tickets, Paying 1.200.000 pokedollars, 1x Mysterious Ticket Once you have chosen the payment option the payment will be gone forever. I'm afraid that we cannot refund those rerolls to you, as the NPC in-game mentions clearly that those rerolls will be spent for the service when the dialogue is prompted on the screen. Therefore, it would also be unfair to other players who mistaken the feature and didn't get a refund either. Sorry if the answer is disappointing, please try and understand that we can't help in this case.

If you're wishing to restart, you can always go to the opposite server you joined on this account (If you joined Gold you can go to Silver with a fresh start).   15. Hi, @Yashmit. Can you delete all the PRO related files from your computer and after you have done that, could you empty your trash bin also. Once you've done this, please try re-downloading the game here. See if that works and if the game will start or not. Have a nice day, Duraludon
