Keep in mind under no circumstance may you use bids outside of an auction to claim or use as its best offer, in which you did in this case. With this being said you can consider this a one-time warning. You would need to acknowledge the buyer and have evidence of their permission if you wish to use their offer to start an auction with the bid they have placed. Hello all, I have reversed the outcome of this auction. @Icycold919 Keep in mind when placing and potentially accepting bids on the forum that all times are applicable to the EXACT minute in which they are posted on the forums. In this case the auction was started on 5/03/24 at 4:09pm GMT+0 by Toxicsoggy. You stated in your initial thread that this auction was set to end 24 hours after the starting bid was met, with this being said your auction is officially declared as ended on 6/03/24 at 4:09pm. Because we cannot see seconds but only minutes on the forum once this time hits then your auction is considered as ended. You accepted a bid on 4:09pm GMT+0 by Hermusxd which is considered invalid. Again because we cannot see seconds on the forum you should consider everything accurate to the exact minute. In this case your start and end points would be 4:09:00pm GMT+0. With all this being said here are the actions that were taken: @Icycold919 You have been deducted 50,000 for the difference between the 451,000 you initially received and the 401,000 you were properly meant to receive from Gonx2 @Hermusdxd You have been issued a full refund in your Pukimai account and in doing so I have removed the Eevee from there as well @Gonx2 I have removed 401,000 from your account and transferred you the Eevee If there are any issues with funds in relation to the reverse feel free to report this thread, in the meantime I will be locking it as there are no further actions to take. Auction start: 27/02/24 at 11:47pm GMT+0 Auction end: 29/02/24 at 5:57pm GMT+0 The 450.000 bid by @wagnerlc is considered invalid as it came over 2 hours after this auction concluded. Therefore the 500,00 bid by @Artegorenexus is also considered invalid. Seeing as you completed this trade with the appropriate winner in @Artegorenexus I have removed 100,000 from your account and credited to them, for what they are owed for holding the last valid bid of 400,000. Hello @Arunt @Michaelx Make sure in the future when either of you are in need of Trade Moderator services that you are using the "Report" function on the thread to call for staff assistance. Tagging staff members is often missed as we get a magnitude of messages, each day. In this scenario as it is a Cross-Server auction the duty lies with the auctioneer to transfer servers if necessary to meet the winning bidder. @Arunt Seeing as this Bagon is on your Gold character and @Michaelx is on Silver, you will need to transfer servers, until then we will not force trade this auction. Keep in mind when posting in-game bids on the forum, that we use forum time-stamps when determining bids. 2. It is imperative that when posting the bids on the forum that a price is included. If one is not provided by a potential bidder then you must clarify that with them before listing the bid. @Azubike This goes for you too. When bidding on something, simply saying "bid" is too vague and only leaves the current offer up for interpretation. You must apply a price to what you are bidding on to avoid confusion for potential bidders or even the seller. 3. With all this being said, this trade has been reversed between @Azubike and @Fonikosgatos.
