Hello @Coolgirl I spoke to you in game. This auction was set to end 42 hours after the starting offer was met. You ended up accepting offers past this auctions deadline. Auction start: 27/02/24 at 11:47pm GMT+0 Auction end: 29/02/24 at 5:57pm GMT+0 The 450.000 bid by @wagnerlc is considered invalid as it came over 2 hours after this auction concluded. Therefore the 500,00 bid by @Artegorenexus is also considered invalid. Seeing as you completed this trade with the appropriate winner in @Artegorenexus I have removed 100,000 from your account and credited to them, for what they are owed for holding the last valid bid of 400,000. Hello @Arunt @Michaelx Make sure in the future when either of you are in need of Trade Moderator services that you are using the "Report" function on the thread to call for staff assistance. Tagging staff members is often missed as we get a magnitude of messages, each day. In this scenario as it is a Cross-Server auction the duty lies with the auctioneer to transfer servers if necessary to meet the winning bidder. @Arunt Seeing as this Bagon is on your Gold character and @Michaelx is on Silver, you will need to transfer servers, until then we will not force trade this auction. Hello @Thodo Apologies in the delay of my response but it has been brought to my attention that accepted payments were added to this thread after both auctions were already started. In accordance with our Auction rules, this is not allowed under any circumstances as it directly effects the integrity of the auction in relation to how potential bidders may proceed with bidding. Both of the auctions listed on this thread were started on 27/02/24 around 6 minutes apart from 8:49pm to 8:55pm GMT+0. Keep in mind when posting in-game bids on the forum, that we use forum time-stamps when determining bids. 2. It is imperative that when posting the bids on the forum that a price is included. If one is not provided by a potential bidder then you must clarify that with them before listing the bid. @Azubike This goes for you too. When bidding on something, simply saying "bid" is too vague and only leaves the current offer up for interpretation. You must apply a price to what you are bidding on to avoid confusion for potential bidders or even the seller. 3. With all this being said, this trade has been reversed between @Azubike and @Fonikosgatos.
