  1. Greetings @Foxparadise, First, welcome in PRO! Then, concerning your question, there is no bug concerning item variety. The more you'll get badges, the more items will be available! If you need to heal more during battles, you should go back more oftenly in pokecenters. You will also save money! I also invite you to check the different weaknesses of pokemon to avoid taking big damages! And to catch pokemon, to make it easier to catch, I advice you to get the closest you can to 1hp, then use a status move, like sleep or paralysis. You can also purchase the TM False Swipe in Dpt Store. In Kanto, it's located in Celadon. False Swipe will prevent you to faint a wild pokemon. It will let them at 1hp. Know hat Farfetch'd and Cubone can learn it by level up. They can be caught in areas close to Lavender City. Kind regards RockyRaccoon

After a double-check on your case, we can see that the Gengar you were talking about was not OT Pokemon. So you only got 3 PVE Coins from the Collector Joro when you donated your Gengar. Your Gengar will be restored as soon as possible. Just be patient! Please, always keep 3 PVE Coins in your Trainer's Card until your pokemon is restored. Glad to see this issue will soon be solved!   4. Hey @Neptunenick, There is a fast wast to get the few PVE Coins needed to resolve all the issue. I think you should do a Bug Catching Contest. For you to be able to access Guild Island you must meet the following conditions: Your guild must have access to it through the Top 3 Guild Ranked Ladder, submitting 20 Mysterious Tickets or through a PvE Guild Ladder such as a Dungeon. You must have joined the guild 7 or more days before the last season ended. Players have some requirements too: having 10 fights played in normal PvP Ranked, but also having more than 10 points in Ranked PvP at the end of the season. You ended at 7 points last season.   13. Greetings @Asmov, Very glad to see you back in PRO! First thing you might need to know is that you are allowed to own until 4 accounts in PRO. So your first account has no need to be deleted at all. Then you can proceed yourself into exchanging between your accounts! Please, be aware, that you will still need to be in the same pokecenter with both of your accounts, and also with the 4th badge of Kanto (owned by both accounts) It means that your old account would need to get all the Johto badges and reach the pokecenter where your new account is. Then, you will be able to trade between your accounts. And, at last, if you transfer Johto Pokemon in your fresh new account, these pokemon will be locked into your pc until you reach Johto! Please understand that we must deny your request about transfering back from one region to another, because it would be unfair towards other users who were rejected in the past.
