Would you please faint your pokemon if the Happiness is at 255? To try this solution, you need to lower Happiness, just a bit. Then you will bring your pokemon to the Groomers to raise Happiness with their help. You will be abe to teach egg-moves to your pokemon once you have beaten Naero Boss (easy mode is enough). He is located in Cerulean Cave.
