This applies for all pokes !I will be online in 3 hours13 hp 13 spdef 14 spatk 18 spd and 11 atk not semi epic , not even close . Only 1 stat is above 20 , semi epic means all stats above 20+ on main ones except one is under it , epic means main stats 20+ no exception .
