Hello @Lugario, My apologies for the delay, We can already tell you that Bulbasaur will not move for now in Viridian forest as it would be too strong for an early game. ( we know that there are substitutes such as Budew/blue ball) It's just not in our plan nor in developer's plan for the early game. It might change but it's not for now. North pole Harbour being an event spawn, it will be reworked once Xmas event will be on live. We will surely find a solution for this monkey in Cerulean :D. Hello @Akram19, First of all, thank you for sharing your farming feedback here, as spawn editor we do not manage "player luck" and no one in the staff team is doing anything to players. Pokemon is a RNG game and it can be very frustrating when you are farming for weeks/months without hitting a single good pokemon meanwhile your friends gets a form/good pokemon very often. I'm sorry but nothing can be done, i would advice you to keep farming, tryhard always pay and when you will hit something, for sure it will be great! Don't lose hope,we believe in you ! No changes have been made and you should still be able to find these wonderful shadow forms in all the different areas, it has been confirmed by devs. I know how it can be frustrating to not find anything for months,don't lose hope you will find your treasures! For your information spawn editors do not handle form rate nor are responsible of them, we are just making the spawns in general :D.
