Hey @Smokeer I understand that it can be frustrating but as you may know or not know; PRO duties are not like a paid job, where you will be rewarded for completing tasks; but a voluntary act to help the community. So, most of the Staff Members dealing with Appeals have many in real life responsibility that they will need to prioritise over PRO such as family, work, college/university. This may be one of the reasons why it may take longer than usual. Moreover, we have a limited number of Staff who deal with multiple different departments of the game, which may be another reason. So for now just keep an eye to your request and wait patiently. Since the main topic has been resolved, I will therefore lock this thread. Divinelight

The password reset system will not work unless you have changed the email address because a link to change your password will be sent in the email, so you need to have access to the email, and if your email hasn't been changed, you cannot access that link to reset your password. Use the Email Reset sub-forum and follow the instructions to reset your email, you will need it to reset your password later on. 2.   21. Hellon there; I understand that it can be frustrating to not obtain the event form you are looking for, especially with limited time such as seasonal events. But in this case is extremly based on RNG (also known as luck); which means there will be periods where finding your targeted form will take a short time or times where it will be much longer. This is completely intended and its not a bug. The only issue that I can see is if you are hunting in a Map which there is no event form available. For this case, I suggest you to visit Pokemon Forms and see if the Pokemon or Map that you are hunting currently has a form. Hope this has answered your questions and have a lovely day! Divinelight
  22. Hello there, thank you for creating this thread. The experience sharing is called "Party EXP Share" and its a global bonus that gets implemented each seasonal event more or less. Which means since we are in the Easter event season, the experience sharing is applied and cannot be disabled by a player, since its for everyone. This is the symbol which shows if this bonus is active or not: Currently we do not have an item which physically stops EXP gain, the only way to not gain EXP is to not engage in a battle with that Pokemon in your team until the Party EXP Share is disabled by the Staff Team.
