Hello there, thanks for creating this thread. in PRO there are many ways to Level UP your Pokemons, and one of the ways is to defeat other wild Pokemons, which you are currently doing; however, this is not the most effective way. A common way to Level UP is to defeat the NPC Trainers throughout the region you are in, Copycats which are located near the Gyms and battling Gym Leaders you already defeated, they give higher exp than your current strategy, note that there is a cooldown for each of these methods. Players often advise to focus on Levelling 2 to 3 key Pokemons to complete the region, the most common being Gyarados, which you have, rather than the entire team, so it will require less time. Moreover, Trainer Tower is another method which can be used to Level UP faster, however this is not accessable for you yet as its in Route 13 and you will need to obtain the Rainbow badge first. I have attached a guide which is extremely helpful to find out how this mechanism works.

  4. Hello @Halinh. Every player has been pertmitted to have up to 4 accounts. Since you do not own (changed email and password) your friend's account and vice versa, this account will not count towards the 4 accounts. You are allowed to log in for help, but make sure you are aware of what your friend does to your account and vice versa. If you do get banned, please appeal in Appeal Section with detailed explanation and evidence; a staff member will have a look at it and deal accordingly.
  5. Hello @Oguzkaya34, thanks for creating this thread. @Flamme1230 has made some valid points which summarises the points I was going to go over. I do understand the frustration that you may feel in this situation, but its important to understand that RNG is the key mechanic in PRO, majority of activities such as hunting, item drops, and sometimes PvP/PvE battles are based on luck; this is not "an easy way out" since its the pure reality. Moreover, the event of 2 shiny Beldums in a day is extremely low, and this cannot be used to accuse developers picking certain players and giving them unfair advantages. In the 10 years of PRO being out for players to play, only a handful of these events occured, this goes the same with the hunting part you have mentioned; sometimes the RNG will not be on your side, this does not mean you are being punished. There is nothing that can be done to boost encounters as this is the mechanics of the game. Developers have massive amount of duties to cover everyday; from working on the game to real life responsibilities, they do not have time to boost player's account Forums bans or any type of ban does not and will never affect a player's RNG in the game, they are two completely different things. This could be a psychological effect making you feel treated unfarily. If you do feel there is a bug you can report it, make sure you have enough evidences and drop them into Bug Resolution and a Staff member will have a look at it.

  7. Hey @Mrclaireaa thanks for creating this thread. You may use only 2 accounts across both servers to PvP, but each account may only be used in one server, meaning you cannot use Mrclaireaa to PvP both on Silver and Gold. Regarding the top 25; you must have only 1 account across both servers (Silver & Gold). Meaning you cannot have 1 account in top 25 Silver and another in top 25 Gold.
  8. Hello there, thanks for creating this thread. Unfortunately there is no option to download PRO on any iPhone due to Apple not allowing third party tools to be used on ios devices.
  9. Hello there thanks for reaching us. You can request a change of email Here. Follow the instructions given and allow some time for a staff member to handle your request. When you have changed your email, visit Password reset and use the new email you have created to reset your password.
  10. Hey @Jellieboi. I apologise for the inconvenience. Currently there is an issue with the game crashing upon entering a map; and a possible solution is to turn off your game music/sound. To do this, go to the "Sound" section in the game's "Options" (press the Esc in your keyboard or Main Menu button next to your Pokedollars) and mute the game's music. This should temporarily fix the crash until Staff Members come to a fix. Let me know if it worked.

However, you can catch it once more by interacting with Jirachi again. Keep note that the Nature, Ability and Ivs will be the same as you encountered for the first time.

Hey @Smokeer I understand that it can be frustrating but as you may know or not know; PRO duties are not like a paid job, where you will be rewarded for completing tasks; but a voluntary act to help the community. So, most of the Staff Members dealing with Appeals have many in real life responsibility that they will need to prioritise over PRO such as family, work, college/university. This may be one of the reasons why it may take longer than usual. Moreover, we have a limited number of Staff who deal with multiple different departments of the game, which may be another reason.
