Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. There has been a known bug where the game crashes while trying to load the map music. All you have to do is mute the in-game music and sounds before logging in, and it should work just fine. This bug will eventually be fixed in the future updates, but for now, this is the best temporary solution we have. I hope this information helps! Let me know if that solves your issue. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Thaloras.

Hey @Zeytal, I apologize for the delay in my response. I have forwarded this to the respective parties, and I got a feedback just now. The data showed in Pokedex data is correct. This issue will be fixed with the next server update, and the NPC data will match with the Pokedex. If you have any other questions or doubts, let me know.

Yes, you caught around 70% of the available variants. No, it does not include shinies and event forms, only regional forms or different pokemon forms, like Keldeo or Kami trio(Keldeo has Resolute form, and Kami trio has Therian forms) Not at this moment, there are pokemon that you can obtain Seen data, but not Caught data. Current maximum should be: Owned - 746 Seen - 756 Evolved - 370

Hey, thank you very much for correcting me, I made a misstake. It's not a bug, but it's also not what I said it was. So, in conclusion, Owned data shows the number of the pokeballs you have next to the pokemon icons in your dex, while Caught data shows the total number of the individual pokemon you caught/owned at any point. The difference comes when you catch a regional variant of a pokemon, like Alolan, Galarian, Hisuian... In that case, those pokemon do not have their own spot in the Pokedex, but they are connected to the original variant of that pokemon. That is where you get the difference between Caught data and Owned data. For examlpe, if you want to search for Alolan-Ninetales, you can find it connected to the same dex entry as the Kantonian Ninetales. I apologize for the earlier messages, I was misstaken about it. Also, there is no way for you to make the Caught and Owned data match, you can only make the difference larger by catching all regional variants in the game. I hope this information helps. Best regards, Thaloras.

So, every single pokemon in your PC counts as 1. If you have 30 Charizards, it counts as 30 pokemon "Owned", but it counts as 3 pokemon in "Caught" data if you evolved it from Charmander. Owned data just shows you the total number of pokemon in your PC. If you release a pokemon or trade it, that number goes down again. Caught data is just showing you how many different pokemon you had at any point of the game, while Owned data shows you how many pokemon you have in your PC right now. If you want to match Caught and Owned data, you would need to catch every Pokemon, and have only 1 of each in your PC (Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard...), which is very impractical. It can be a fun challenge for the alt account or something.

I understand how you feel about it, and again, I apologize for that inconvenience, but I can't do anything about it. As I already said, the ability was pre-determined upon catching them, long time before Neutralizing Gas was added to the game. There was no way that anyone could have known if any of them would keep Levitate or turn into Neutralizing Gas. This situation has a lot of similarities to the Iron Barbs Ferroseed. In that case, you couldn't know if the Ferrothorn would have Hidden Ability or keep the Iron Barbs untill it got evolved. In your case the new mechanics made your pokemon to change Ability, not the evolution, but they have the same concept. Also, worth mentioning, neutralizing all opposing pokemon abilities can be really useful in boss fights also. I hope this information helps.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. There is no bug here, lets go through it step-by-step: Owned data - This number shows the amount of pokemon you are currently in possession of. It is the total number of the pokemon that are in your PC. Seen data - The number of the pokemon you have encountered so far, it shows 671 both on the Pokedex and in the NPC dialogue. Caught data - The number of the pokemon you have caught so far. You can get that information only by talking with the NPC's. Using your Pokedex, you can see which pokemon you have caught and which of ones you are missing. It's marked with a pokeball next to the pokemon icon in your dex. In conclusion, Pokedex shows "Owned" data, not "Caught" data, which are completely different. I hope this information helps! If you have any other questions or doubts, let me know. Best regards, Thaloras.

Hello there @Michaelx, Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, we cannot recover the original abilities of these pokemon, here is the reason why: Before the Generation XIII, Koffing and Weezing had 2 abilities, Levitate and Stench (Hidden Ability). We recently updated to the Generation IX mechanics, which means that Koffing and Weezing got their 3rd Ability - Neutralizing Gass. Once it got added, 50% of all Koffing's and Weezing's that had Levitate got the new ability, and the other 50% were left with Levitate. The ability was pre-determined from the second these pokemon were caught, but Neutralizing Gass wasn't in the games code, giving them all Levitate. On the other hand, Neutralizing Gass is a very strong ability and also preferred for PvP in most cases, which raises the objective value of your pokemon. It's coded and works as intended. I sincerely apologize for this, as this may not be the outcome you had hoped to get, but I personally believe this could possibly be a lucky inconvenience for you. I really hope that you are going to find a way to optimally use the new abilities mechanics and enjoy your impressive catches even more then before! If you have any more questions regarding this topic, let me know. Best regards, Thaloras.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe there is a way for you to escape that "soft lock". 1. Use a surf mount or teach one of your party pokemon a move Surf. 2. Ask someone in all chat to battle you and faint all your pokemon, that will get you teleported to the last visited pokecenter. I hope my info helps! If you have any other questions or doubts regarding this topic, let me know. Also, let me know if you mannaged to escape so I can close the topic. Best regards, Thaloras. -

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. Did you just lower the volume down to 0 or actually tick the "mute" box for both the Music and SFX Volume? Can you provide a screenshot or a screen record when it crashes? So we can figure out what is happening. Looking forward to your response. Kind regards, Thaloras. -
my all poke not gain xp anyone know pm me in risun21
Thaloras replied to Risun21's topic in General Support
Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. This is not a bug, so i have moved your topic to General Support. All of your Pokemon were gaining exp because of the event feature called Party Exp. Share. Since the event is over, Party Exp. Share is no longer active. Only Pokemon that contribute to the battle get Exp from it, but you can use an item called Exp. Share to get Exp on 1 more Pokemon from your party, aside from the ones that contributed to the battle. You can find more information about Exp. Share by visiting this link. Since there is no issue about it, I'm going to lock this topic now. Best regards, Thaloras. -
Hello @Shicamaro, Thank you for reaching out to us. There is plenty of walkthroughs for boss teams out there. I found 2 that seem like they explain everything needed to be known about bosses. You can find out how to deal with every boss in the game and how to create your own team here. You can find out the optimal strategy on how to do a boss run here. I hope this information helps. if you have any other questions regarding this topic, let me know! Best regards, Thaloras.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. In order to evolve it, you need to faint your pokemon to lose happiness, and then increase it back to 255. After that, the pop-up evolution screen will show. Note: Knockout Drops faint your pokemon, but it doesn't decrease happiness. I hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any other questions regarding this topic! Best regards, Thaloras.
