Bumping is considered as any unprompted/unnecessary message (stating remaining duration of auction, noted, etc.). Secondly, there is no claim period. If you have trouble getting into contact with players after a reasonable amount of time (2-3 days), feel free to use the report function so that a trade moderator can get involved and force the trade.
